Product Update: AI Copilots Are Now in General Release

DocuHealth’s AI copilots — clinical notes, receptionist and billing assistant — are now in general release across all paid plans.

Today we’re announcing general release of the DocuHealth AI copilot suite: the AI Clinical Notes assistant, AI Receptionist and Billing Copilot are now available on all paid plans.

AI Clinical Notes drafts structured consultation records from voice or brief prompts, ready for clinician review and sign-off. AI Receptionist answers calls and chat, books appointments against live availability and escalates complex cases. The Billing Copilot validates claims before submission and surfaces revenue anomalies.

Every copilot is clinician-reviewed, fully audited and governed by strict privacy controls — your data is never used to train third-party models.

We’ve also shipped offline sync improvements, a redesigned patient portal and 14 new report templates.
